Foundation Repair Services

The Dual Pier System

Cylinder Construction:
6” Diameter, 12” Height, max psi 6000 each.

We dig holes every 6’ around the perimeter of your structure, we then push dual piers to jack-resistant sub-strata. Then we raise and re-level your structure permanently. We drive steel shims between the top of our piers and the bottom of your foundation. We then fill the holes in and pre-sink each one with water, then we leave the top mounded approximately 3” so it will push any water (rain or sprinklers) away from your foundation to correct any drainage problems you may have.
